Class 1 – 09:00 – Arena 1 – Senior 1.15m Open

Single Phase. Speed 350mpm. Start Height 1.15m. DRAWN ORDER

For registered horses in Grades: A, B & C. Ridden by Adult, Associate or Junior Members who will be aged 12 years or over in the current calendar year. In the event of insufficient entries lower prizes may be withheld. Rule – 76.6

Rule 290.15 – Pre-Entry Drawn Order

Pre-entries may possibly be accepted before 9.00am providing that the number of entries are less than 60 (with the exception of County shows). Once entries reach 60 before 9.00am the class will be closed. Any entries taken on the day must compete first in the drawn order.

Class 2 – Arena 1 – British Showjumping Winter Amateur Qualifier

Rule 508. Table A7. Speed 350mpm. Start Height 1.20m. DRAWN ORDER

In the event of insufficient entries lower prizes may be withheld. Rule – 76.6

For registered horses of any grade to be ridden by Full, Associate or Junior Members excluding the top 150 riders on the British Showjumping Gold League as at 31 March 2016. Riders who have ever competed as a Team member of any Senior International Team (4* or 5* Nations Cup in the last 10 years, World, European Championships and Olympic Games) are not eligible. Pony riders, Children, Juniors and Young Riders who have ever competed in Nations Cup/International Team Events and European Championships in the last five years are not eligible. (Excluding Veteran Teams.)

Qualifies for: Winter Amateur Final at the London Spring International Show.

Numbers to qualify: The first four horse/rider combinations will qualify for the Final disregarding those that have already qualified and riders who have already qualified one horse. Riders may only compete on one horse in the Final. Horses which are disregarded which otherwise would have qualified may be substituted in the Final for Horses already qualified by the same rider, subject to Rule 79.4.

Class 3 – Arena 1 – Senior Foxhunter – First Round /1.20M Open

Rule 310. Single Phase. Speed 350mpm. Start Height 1.20m.

In the event of 30 or more starters the class will be split and two sets of prize money awarded. Horses / ponies may only compete in one section. In the event of insufficient entries lower prizes may be withheld. Rule – 76.6

Foxhunter section:

(a) For registered horses in Grade C that have not won a total of 700 points. Four double clears will qualify – in accordance with rule 310.6

(b) For all registered horses that are seven years or under at the year that the final is going to be held, irrespective of points. Horses will be eligible for double clear qualification to attend second rounds providing they reach the age of seven years or under in the same calendar year as the Foxhunter Final – in accordance with rule 310.6 Four double clears will qualify.

Four Double clears will qualify for the Senior Foxhunter Second Rounds. Qualifying period: 1st June-31st May inclusive.

Those horses that have qualified for the Senior Foxhunter Championship in 2016 are not eligible for qualification to the 2017 Championship.

Open section:

For registered horses ridden by Adult, Associate or Junior Members.

In the event of 30 or more starters the class will be split with two sets of prize money.

Class 4 – Arena 1 – KBIS Senior British Novice Championship – First Round/90cm Open

Rule 316. Single Phase. Speed 325mpm. Start Height 90cm.

First place rosette kindly sponsored by KBIS Insurance Horses / ponies may only compete in one section. In the event of insufficient entries lower prizes may be withheld. Rule – 76.6

British Novice:

For registered horses in Grade C that have not won a total of 125 points ridden by Adult, Associate or Junior members.

Qualifies for: KBIS Insurance British Novice Championship – Second Round. Qualifying period yearly 1st May – 30th April inclusive.

Numbers to qualify: Those horses which jump a clear round in the first round, followed by a clear round in the jump-off, in at least four KBIS Insurance British Novice First Round competitions held in any qualifying period will qualify to compete in and attend four KBIS Insurance British Novice Second Rounds, irrespective of their placings for prize money in those competitions, which will be determined by the normal Table A rules (Rule 191). Horses in the class must go in to the jump-off and go clear to gain a double clear round qualification. The winner of a particular KBIS Insurance British Novice competition will not automatically qualify solely as a result of that competition.

90cm Open:

For registered horses to be ridden by Adult, Associate or Junior Members.

In Category 1 Shows, in the event of 30 starters or more, the class will be split with two sets of prize money awarded.

In Category 2 Shows, the class must always be split with two sets of prize money awarded, irrespective of starters.

Class 5 – Arena 1 – Nupafeed Supplements Senior Discovery –First Round/1m Open

Rule 314. Single Phase. Speed 325mpm. Start Height 1.00m.

Horses / ponies may only compete in one section. In the event of insufficient entries lower prizes may be withheld. Rule – 76.6

Discovery:

a) For Horses in Grade C that have not won a total of 225 points. Four Double Clears will qualify – in accordance with Rule 314.6.

b) For all horses that are five years or under at the year that the final is going to be held, irrespective of points. Horses will only be eligible for double clear qualification to Second Rounds if they reach the age of five years or under in the same calendar year as the Discovery Final – in accordance with Rule 314.6

Qualifies for: Nupafeed Supplements Discovery Championship Second Round. Qualifying period: 1st May-30th April inclusive.

Numbers to qualify: Those horses that jump a clear round in the first round, followed by a clear round in the jump-off, in at least four First Round competitions held in any qualifying period, will qualify to compete in and attend four Second Rounds, irrespective of their placings for prize money in those competitions, which will be determined by the normal Table A Rules (Rule 191). Horses in the class must go in to the jump-off and go clear to gain a double clear round qualification. The winner of a particular First Round competition will not automatically qualify solely as a result of that competition.

1.00m Open:

Class 7 – Arena 1 – Connolly’s RED MILLS Senior Newcomers – First Round /1.10m Open

Newcomers:

(a) For registered horses in Grade C that have not won a total of 375 points. Four double clears will qualify – in accordance with rule 312.6

(b) For all registered horses that are six years or under at the year that the final is going to be held, irrespective of points. Horses will be eligible for double clear qualification to attend second rounds providing they reach the age of six years or under in the same calendar year as the Senior Newcomers Final – in accordance with rule 312.6 Four double clears to qualify.

Four double clears will qualify for the Senior Newcomers Second Rounds. Qualifying period 1st June – 31st May inclusive.

1.10m Open:

For registered horses ridden by Adult, Associate or Junior Members.

In the event of 30 or more starters the class will be split with two sets of prize money.
